Registration has passed, but bonuses are not awarded
Perhaps you are thrown in a standard registration window. In order to avoid redirection before clicking on the link, it’s necessary to log out of an existing account (if exists).
The link opens, but there is no code entry window
Try to open the link in incognito mode. It can be done in several ways, the easiest one: click on the link with the right mouse button and choose Firefox or Opera to open the link in a private window, in Chrome you can open in incognito mode, Internet Explorer unfortunately doesn’t provide quick move to In Private mode. Or open a new private window through your browser settings.
You haven’t received a confirmation email
The most unpleasant thing is that you’re not able to request a letter again. Moreover, if you try to register with the same email, you will find out that it’s already in use. General solution will be
registration with Gmail or Mail, for example. You can also contact a support center.
